pleased to announce the acquisition of Lufran, Inc. of
Streetsboro, Ohio, USA, effecting the merger of the two
companies. The acquisition consists of the entire Lufran product
line, which is primarily marketed and sold to the semiconductor,
metal finishing, and printed circuit board industries.
Headquarters for Process Technology will remain in Mentor, OH.
Both Process Technology and Lufran have been in business for
over twenty-five years. The synergy created by the merger of
these two companies should be extremely positive for all of our
customers worldwide. Expectations are to expand the product
offering to all the industries we serve.
