When purchasing with our online shopping cart, shipping and handling charges are not calculated as you place your order.

Items indicated with this logo are shipped at no charge via UPS ground service in the continental U.S. All orders are subject to an $8.95 handling fee. This is one of the lowest in the industry and is not pro rated based on the dollar value of your order. We are attempting to hold the line and provide free freight, in spite of today's high fuel costs.

Master Generators are shipped via truck to the nearest truck terminal to you at no charge. Delivery to a business is also done at no charge. But, residential delivery will incur a $50 charge from the trucking company. We encourage you to have your generator shipped to a business address or pick it up at the trucking terminal.

For shipments to other countries or outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.), shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order.

On items where free shipping is not offered, you are charged the exact price that UPS charges us - plus the handling fee. Note that this applies only to orders that can be shipped via UPS - Items that are too large or too heavy for UPS will be shipped via common carrier and the actual shipping charges added to your invoice.

We attempt to ship orders the same day they are received. If that's not possible, you will be notified of any delay. Typically, if it's not in our warehouse and is drop shipped from the manufacturer (not uncommon these days), a few additional days may be required. Please advise if you need an item instantly and we'll do whatever we can to accommodate you.

If you need your order quickly, other faster shipping methods are available: UPS 2nd day and overnight and Federal Express. Please advise if you need these faster and more expensive methods.

Ordering from outside the continental United States ?

Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other countries will be shipped via best method (usually Federal Express or UPS) and the shipping charge added to the credit card charge.

Returns Information

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund or credit or exchange (less shipping and restock charges).

Freight must be prepaid on returned items.

Items must be returned in new condition, never used, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

A restocking charge of 15% will be applied to all returned items.

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. We are unable to issue any refunds or credit without this number. Please contact us via e-mail (sales@fncuthbert.com) or phone (800 - 472 - 3292) prior to returning any item.
